National Arts Centre – Production
Renewal Project (PRP) – Ottawa ON

• Project Manager for the $115 million Production Renewal Project to upgrade the National Arts Centre performance spaces and associated infrastructure. Completed on time and within budget, the project was able to ensure that no NAC performances or rehearsals were disrupted in any way throughout the two and half years of construction.

2023 World Police & Fire Games - Winnipeg, MB

• Director of Ceremonies and Volunteer Services responsible for the planning and delivery of the Games Opening and Closing Ceremonies, the nine-day Athletes Village Celebration Site and Volunteer Services for the entire organization.

Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games – Vancouver BC

• Three Director positions held over 5.5 years. Director- Overlay Program Services, Director - Partner Integration Celebration Sites and Director - Urban Domain Master Planning.

• Strategic planning - co-developed VANOC’s initial strategic project plan including an alternative to the IOC Winter Olympic delivery program.

• Overlay Program Services - a central service provider within the $100M Overlay department responsible for project management, process and procurement and contract management of temporary infrastructure and the CAD department,

• Defined and communicated VANOC’s level of service and financial commitment to municipal government partners hosting official celebration sites.

• Operational representative to negotiate and manage the lease to secure 12 acres of land in downtown Vancouver critical for Games delivery.

Heritage Hockey Classic – Inaugural – Edmonton AB

• Project and Construction Manager responsible for venue design, construction, and scheduling.

• Oversight of ice surface and all temporary infrastructure and “look” components in Commonwealth Stadium.

• Re-designed Commonwealth Stadium resulting in increased ticket revenue by increasing seating capacity. Simplified operational efficiency and enhanced the spectator and VIP / Sponsorship experience while reducing overall cost.

• Harmony 2000 – National Arts Centre - Ottawa ON

Manitoba Centennial Centre Corporation

• Manitoba Centennial Centre Corporation - Updating the Concert Hall 5-Year Capital Replacement Budget for Stage and Auditorium equipment.

· Economic Development Officer for the RM of Victoria. Strategic planning, generating shovel ready project scopes and aligning project / scopes with grants.

· Business & General Operations Manuals – document processes, procedures and polices that outline and define daily operations.
