Randy Desrochers, PMP, the Principal at DEM, has planned and delivered special projects at home and around the world for over 35 years. Upon returning to rural Manitoba, Randy has also turned his focus to assisting rural municipalities with project management services, economic development as well as business and general operations. Combining a multi-disciplinary background in operations and infrastructure with project management training and business acumen, Desrochers ensures that your project scope, budget and schedule align with your concept.

DEM can develop a project-specific team or work with your own staff to deliver each project. We have managed regional, national, and international projects, indoors and out, in all climates, in existing and temporary facilities, with permanent and temporary infrastructure, and in urban and green-field environments. While DEM can scale our services to meet any budget and timeline, our previous projects have ranged in scope and scale from hundreds of thousands of dollars delivered in less than a year to hundreds of millions of dollars delivered over five years.
